Artists in Residence
The artists-in-residence program was established in 1996. The intent of the program is to attract artistic talent to the Basilica and to give artists the opportunity to present sacred art under the patronage of the Basilica.
Two artists-in-residence have been in this relationship from the beginning: the Rose Ensemble in terms of music and Lucinda Naylor in terms of the visual arts.
