Evening Prayer or Vespers (30 minutes) consists of the singing of a hymn and Psalms, the proclamation of the Word of God and prayers for the church and the world. At the end of Evening Prayer everyone processes from the choir stalls to the Lady Chapel for the singing of the Marian antiphon. Parking is available on the street and in a number of area lots and ramps but we do encourage you to arrive early for all Christmas liturgies. - The largest ramp is the MCTC (Minneapolis Community and Technical College) Ramp located at 1420 Hennepin Ave S. Access it from Laurel Avenue between 16th and 15th Streets – 1 block north of Hennepin Avenue. MCTC has free parking starting at 3pm on Christmas Eve and all Christmas Day.
