Throughout scripture we are called as Christians to relationship with God and with one another. Jesus introduces and invites us into radical relationships. We are made to be in relationship with one another as children, parents, partners, siblings and friends. Following Christ’s teaching, we seek to support one another in those relationships. Marriage and FamilyThe Basilica Marriage and Family ministries offer workshops and seminars for families. Learn about blended families, understand your spouse’s temperament, attend a couples retreat, or find out about Marriage Enrichment Events for newly-married couples and new parents. DivorceDivorce brings with it untold loss and change; instinctively, we try to recoup those material or tangible things that helped us define ourselves during the marriage. Happiness, however, lies in the deeper discovery of our own sacred authenticity. We have to slow down and listen to our souls to do this work.
