Sandwich Ministry

Each day the rectory is open, sandwiches and coffee are offered to visitors who are hungry, often neighbors who are homeless and staying in shelters or camps by The Basilica. Help prepare sandwiches for our guests, with the Wednesday morning team or at home.

Opportunity Center Meal

Basilica volunteers pick up food and prepare and serve a hot meal for 200-250 people on the second and fourth Saturdays each month at Catholic Charities Opportunity Center (formerly Branch III) on the corner of 17th and Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis.
