God’s Spousal Love by Stephen J. Binz
Child care available in Basilica school

“Countless stories of human love, engagement and marriage, anticipation and passion, pregnancy and birth, and infidelity and divorce fill the biblical literature. In fact, all of the Bible’s sacred history can be described as an unending love story, as the inspired writers use the images and vocabulary of marital love to express the love between God and God’s people.”
from the Introduction to God's Spousal Love.

This six-week Bible study is an opportunity for married couples to reflect on passages throughout the Bible and better understand God’s love for them as individuals, and as married couples. The program is designed to encourage couples to deepen their love for each other as they reflect upon these scriptural themes.

Stephen Binz has studied at the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome and Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Following his studies he has developed biblical studies in the church for over two decades.

Cost is $25/couple to cover the cost of materials (scholarships are available.) Please register online, and let us know if you will be using our child care throughout the series.
