How Can I Receive Care?

A program designed to help seniors age in place successfully and help guide their family caregivers to the most appropriate resources in our community to meet their needs for supportive services. Catholic Senior Connection is a ministry is a ministry of Catholic Senior Services, which is a consortium of Catholic long-term-care providers within the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis.
