Married Couples Retreat

Saturday, April 21, 2018 - 10:30am to 5:00pm

Jesuit Spirituality for Married Couples: A Day for Retreat

What does a 16th century saint who founded an order of priests have to say to 21st century married couples?  A lot!  We will have a chance to explore who St. Ignatius of Loyola was, what his spirituality was, and how married couples can use that to help them in the day-to-day living out of their married life.

We are excited to have Sr. Catherine Michaud, CSJ, PhD be with us to share her expertise and wisdom, along with two married couples from The Basilica who will share how this way of living our faith has benefited their marriages.

The day will include lunch, presentations, time for couples to be together and share in small groups, and lead into the 5:00pm Mass if people would like to conclude with that.

Cost is $30 per couple; scholarships are available.

If you have questions about the availability of nursery care for the day, please email Ben at bacduff@mary.org by March 15.

This retreat is open to all married couples in the parish.
