2018 Camp will present:
Oh, Jonah! by Allen Pote and Carole McCann
Can you imagine being swallowed by a whale? Then spit out for a second chance? Oh, Jonah! is a frolicking, fun-filled children's and youth musical based on the Old Testament story of Jonah that carries a serious message about responsibility. It’s more than just a story about a whale swallowing a human. It’s a story about us. It’s a tale involving responsibility, repentance, listening for the word of God in our lives, accepting people who are different from us, and believing that there is mercy and compassion for all who turn toward God.---serious thoughts, but told with a sense of humor and frolicking fun. Diverse in musical styles, campers will explore the many dimensions of what makes up a musical production—and explore a good message along the way.
