The Basilica’s Centennial Organ, Wicks Opus 3047, 4-manuals+Pedal with 4,900 pipes in 82 ranks.

The Basilica’s Assumption Day concert will feature the premier of the complete Dances of Our Lady, scored for saxophone and organ, by Minneapolis composer Monte Mason. Additionally, The Gregorian Singers, also directed by Monte Mason, will assist in offering the chants upon which each of the organ/saxophone pieces is based. The Basilica Chant Schola will assist in the offering of Charles Tournemire’s L’Orgue Mystique: In Assumptione B. M. V., Office No. 35. The concert will feature additional organ settings of the Marian chant "Ave Maris Stella/Hail, Star of the Sea" by French organist-composers Nicolas DeGrigny and Marcel Dupré.
