6:00pm Central Time—The Science of Hope: Blending New Science and Ancient Wisdom to Sustain a Healthy Mind, Mood and Heart

We are living through a stressful, chaotic time. Stress-related disorders, including anxiety and depression, have never been more prevalent. Maintaining a healthy mind, a steady mood and an open heart have never been more important. What can we do to restore resilience and serenity, and to protect ourselves from the many faces of stress? Blending neuroscience with wisdom traditions, we will explore what it takes to cultivate inner calm and joy, and to hold onto authentic hope through difficult times.
